The historical Crime Museum at Scotland Yard (which used to be known as “The Black Museum”) will be displaying some previously unseen objects at The Museum of London to the general public this winter. Join the museum’s volunteer Keith Skinner and retired Chief Superintendent Alan Moss at Barts Pathology Museum as they provide an illustrated lecture on the Black Museum’s origins and collection, and discuss their book “Scotland Yard’s History of Crime in 100 Objects” (There will be a chance to purchase the book – an ideal Christmas present!) Wine and mince pies are included. (The objects will not be displayed at Barts Pathology Museum – they are at Museum of London, link above.)
Doors open at 6:30pm giving you the chance to view the specimens in the museum and drink your free mulled wine. The lecture will begin at 7pm and will be wrapped up by 8:30pm with Q&A
